Bridgetown is the capital city of Barbados islands in Caribbean sea at America with intense activity & a main port with duty free shops within walking distance of each other. The city’s main thoroughfare is Broad Street, which runs west of National Heroes Square.

Among the main attractions of the area is the village of Pelican (Pelican Village) where there is a group of workshops located in the middle of the route between the cruise ship terminal and the shopping center of the city of Barbados Islands where techniques make and sell locally made leather products. clothes of different colors, basketry products, sculptures, jewelry, paintings, creations from glass, ceramics & various other objects. This market is open daily from 9:00 to 17:00 and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00, while it is saved from the world of the days when a cruise ship approaches the city.

Alternatively, visitors can visit the Israeli Synagogue, which covers the spiritual needs of one of the largest Jewish ecclesiastical assemblies in the western world. This synagogue was created by Judas who left Brazil in 1620 AD. and he was the one who introduced the cane to the Barbados Islands.

The neighboring cemetery of the area has tombs dating from 1630 AD. The original worship building was built in 1654 AD. and was destroyed in 1831 AD. from a hurricane, while it was rebuilt in 1833 AD. and was restored with the help of the National Fund of Barbados Islands in 1987 AD.
